Discuss and approve correction of minutes from June 30, 2009.  Commissioner Pct. #2 Cynthia Long made a motion on agenda item #32 to approve the Letter of Agreement with TexHealth Central Texas, Inc. with Commissioner Pct. #4 Ron Morrison seconding the motion.  Motion carried 3 for 2 against.  Commissioners Birkman and Covey voted against the motion.
Background
It was brought to our attention that this motion was missed by the deputy taking minutes.  County Clerk was out of town. Correction is being requested to reflect the proper action of the court on that agenda item. Sorry for the missed action. We all make mistakes even when 2-3 people review the minutes each week.
