Consider authorizing the project budget transfer request of the 2006 Road Bond per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: Transfer $3,000,000.00 from P156 (Non departmental unallocated interest funds) to P180 (Right of Way).
Background

Funds are falling short in the right of way project which is used strictly to pay for right of way. Periodically these funds are disbursed into the proper project to account for all the project's expenditures.
