An Application for Local Option Election Petition to Legalize was submitted to the Elections Department requesting the issuance of a petition. The Application was verified and a petition issued. It appears the requsitie number of signatures are on the petition. Request is being made to order an election to take place this November 2, 2010 on the issues set forth in the Application, Petition, and described in the attached Order. The early voting schedule is still being fine-tuned. An updated EV Schedule should be available by July 20. |
