Over the past several months the Data Entry section of the Sheriff's Office has been short one employee. This was a result of one employee being placed on Administrative Leave. The entry of traffic citations, an important function of Data Entry, is critically behind. Due to the circumstances, I respectfully request the support of a temporary employee. This request of funds is through the end of August. As of July 14, 2010, the unencumbered balance in the salary line item was $2,633,863.70. The required balance to complete this fiscal year at full employment is $2,381,660.76. This leaves $252,202.94 available for this transfer. |
