Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constables Precinct One and Precinct Two

Background

A new line item has been established to account for Extra Duty for the MUDS separately from other overtime and voluntary duty. This transfer moves funds already budgeted for this purpose in Overtime to the new line item.
