Discuss and consider approving a contract for 2010-2011 with TXDFPS (Texas Department of Family & Protective Services)
Background
This is simply a renewal of our contract with TXDFPS for two additional CPS caseworkers to be dedicated to Williamson County.  Total contract price for 2010-2011 is $80,240 (68.33% of the total cost) of which the Child Welfare Board pays $18,000.  Contract price for 2009-2010 is/was $79,201 and for 2008-2009 was $86,666.
