Discuss and take appropriate action on the FY10 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan.
Background
The County received a CDBG allocation of $1,216,512 for FY10.  In addition, $318,314, funding originally allocated to the Georgetown Housing Authority Sierra Ridge Project, will be reallocated.  In total, the FY10 Action Plan outlines projects that will utilize a total of $1,534,826.
