Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for MOT
Background
Funding for fuel requested in FY '10 was too low. Call volume has gone up and we have hired one additional staffer since the beginning of the budget year. This transfer will cover fuel thru the end of the fiscal year, and the 2011 budget has been adjusted accordingly.
