Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constable Precinct Two.

Background

This agenda item is to transfer funds from full time salaries, into seasonal temporary salaries. This is to cover the hiring and training of a military veteran (military police officer/MP) under the Veteran's Reemployment Program. This trainee will be replacing a deputy retiring September 2nd.
