Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP#1

Background

We need to order receipts and court notices and our funds would not cover the cost of both purchase requisitions. With the move and change of address we also need to order new business cards for the clerks along with the cost of plea sheets when all the JP’s order them and split the cost.
