Consider authorizing project budget transfer request for 2006 Road Bond as recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: $6,640,000.00 from CR111/Westinghouse Road (P157) to O'Connor Boulevard (P127) $6,000,000.000 and SH45/O'Connor Exchange (P197) $640,000.00.

Background

The purpose to transfer the funds is to balance between 2001 and 2006 Road bond Projects O'Connor and Westinghouse Road. A budget is being created for Westinghouse Road in 2001 Road in the amount of $6,640,000.00. In turn, a budget is being created in 2006 Road for O'Connor $6,000,000.00 and SH45/O'Connor Exchange $640,000.00,
