Consider authorizing project budget transfer request for 2001 Road Bond to move the following amounts: $6,000,000.00 transfer from O'Connor Boulevard (P127) and $640,000.00 SH45/O'Connor Exchange (P197) to Westinghouse Road (P157).

Background

The purpose of moving funds is to avoid any Arbitrage issues with the 2001 Road Bond. Therefore, one of the solutions is to move funds from a slower moving project to a more actively expensed project.
