39. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman stated that in regards to the T. Don Hutto Agreement, she asked Jose Orta of LULAC a couple of weeks ago for a written summary of items that are not in the current agreement.  The County's attorneys said that some of these items are already in the agreement. When she receives the summary she will review it.
