Consider appointing Patricia Blake to serve on the E.S.D. Board #9.

Background

ESD #9 covers the Teravista area and is in Pct. 1 and Pct. 4. Commissioner Birkman and Commissioner Morrison have both met with Patricia Blake and both approve of the appointment. Mrs. Blake has attended one of the ESD Board meetings and is interested in serving. She will fill a vacant position in which the term will expire in 2010.
