Consider approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $79,075.00 for US 79 Section 5A (Wilco Project No. 08WC619), a Pass Through Financing Project in Precinct 4.
Background
This change order provides payment for work related to relocating 3,785 LF of 8” waterline, and appurtenances, that is currently in a location that will be under proposed pavement, or, that is currently in locations where there will ultimately be less than three feet (3’) of cover over the top of the waterline when the final ditches are cut to grade.
