Discuss and consider approving a contract with F.E.U.L.S for Solar Panel (Preliminary) Evaluation at Juvenile Services
Background
This group will conduct a preliminary investigation for utilizing solar panels to provide preheating and/or hot water at the Williamson County Juvenile Detention Center.  The contract amount is not to exceed $5,000.  Installation of solar panels at the Juvenile Detention Center could save the County roughly $6K per month in natural gas costs.
