Consider authorizing budget transfer request 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $3,520,484.61 from P180 (Right of Way) to the projects and amounts P157 (CR111/Westinghouse Rd) $152,514.70, P175 (Chandler Road 3A/3B) $339,224.25, P183 (Williams Drive) $46,623.16, P195 (FM 1460) $2,982,122.50.
Background

Right of Way Project P180 is a set amount of funds designated for 2006 Road Bond Projects. The purpose of setting up the project is right of way for each roadway has undetermined amounts. Therefore, the situation avoids transfer of funds multiple times. Periodically, the amounts will be reclassed from right of way project to the projects right of way was purchased.
