Consider authorizing budget transfer request 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $2,250,000.00 from P157 CR 111/Westinghouse Road to P174 Creek Bend Project.

Background

An interlocal agreement with City of Round Rock signed on November 7, 2007, to continue improvements on Wyoming Springs widening. Williamson County participation in the project is $3,000,000.00. To date, City of Round Rock has received $750,000.00 from Williamson County on the interlocal agreement. City of Round Rock will receive the balance once a construction contract is in place. The project expects to advertise bidding for construction in August 2009.
