Discuss and consider granting a variance to the 50-foot setback line requirement of the subdivision regulations.
Background
The building set backline on Gattis School Road is 50 foot. Additional ROW for the expansion of Gattis School Road has recently beeen dedicated for the ultimate section of the road. Since the safety factor for future ROW expansion has been addressed. Currently the roadway is being constructed as a 4-lane roadway. they are requesting a 25-foot setback requirement for the property.
