Discuss and consider approving the 2009-2010 contract with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TxDFPS)
Background
The total contract cost for 2009-2010 is $79,201 which is a decrease of $7,465 from the 2008-2009 contract of $86,666.  Of this total contract amount, the Child Welfare Board contributes $18,000.  These monies cover the salaries, fringe and associated expenses for two caseworkers dedicated to Williamson County.
