BE IT REMEMBERED that at 8:44 A.M. on TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2008, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

  The following addressed the court regarding contract jobs:

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 10:57 A.M.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED AT 11:17 A.M.
  Judge Gattis commented on electronic purchase orders, direct deposit for employee paychecks, and training funds requested to be used for college tuition. Currently tuition reimbursement is restricted to 6 credit hours.

Julie Kiley, First Assistant County Auditor, County Treasurer Vivian Wood and Constable Precinct 4 Marty Ruble addressed the court concerning job-related tuition reimbursement.
  Judge Gattis discussed county holidays and longevity pay. Budget Manager Ashlie Koenig, First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley and General Counsel Dale Rye addressed the court.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the court regarding toll tags and reimbursement issues, and county purchasing cards.

COMMISSIONERS’ COURT ADJOURNED AT 12:05 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2008.
