Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the County.

Commissioner Birkman abstained in regards to invoice for Gabriels Funeral Home. (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached)

Emergency Medical Services Operation Manager Kenny Schnell, Joe Granberry of EMS and Mike Mueller, Regional Manager for Ferno-Washington addressed the Court.

             
29. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Long commented that there will be a benefit, barbecue and silent auction this Saturday for eighteen month old Haley Batten to help with the expenses of her illness. Her father, Randy Batten works for the Sheriff's Department and mom, Heather Batten works at Children's Advocacy Center for Williamson County.  She encouraged the Court to participate in the benefit.
