Discuss and take appropriate action on new Special Event Road Clsoure Request Procedure.

Background

Recently, a road was closed for a block party, and the fire department was not notified of the closure and had difficulty responding to a call. As there was no formal procedure for notifying emergency services, we thought it would be a good idea to define the process for future requests.
