To discuss and consider approving an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approving a budget amendment for the following departments: Parks, Veteran Services, County Attorney, Information Technology, Juvenile Services, Sheriff's Office, Jail, Districty Attorney, Ag Extension and EMS

Background

This budget amendment will cover the gasoline line item shortage in the above departments through the end of FY '08
