Williamson County entered into a Service Agreement and Statement of Work with RZ Communications, Inc. (RZ) on or about August 22, 2006 wherein RZ agreed to provide the county with radio repair and installation services. The Williamson County Communications Department has determined that it is in the best interest of the county to terminate the said agreement prior to its actual contractual termination date. The county currently owes RZ $24,490.65 for services performed prior to this termination. RZ has agreed to such termination and has signed the agreement and forwarded an original of same to the Williamson County Communications Department.
