To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Emergency Communications.
Background
The line item transfer to computer equipment is for the SQL Server upgrade and computer needs for the 911 Call Center.  This should help our current CAD run more efficiently.  The increase for vehicle repairs is to cover issues for the new service truck, Durango and the Communications Trailer.  (For instance the trailer does not have a spare tire, jack or lug wrench etc.
