Williamson County was awarded a State mental health transformation grant administered by the Texas Health Institute. This a 5 year grant for $50,000 per year that will enable the County to begin a real time electronic mental health records project. This contract is for the purchase of technology and software and will allow the Mobile Outreach Team to provide better client services to those in crisis in Williamson County. The cost of this contract will be entirely covered through the grant and there will be no additional costs to the County. Following years of the grant will allow the County to expand the project to others providing emergency mental health services. Hal Hawes and Jim Gilger have both reviewed and approved this Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work. The IT Department was instrumental in the development of this project and selection of the software. All procurement laws were followed in the selection of HarrisLOGIC as the vendor. |
