Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Constable Pct. #1

Background

The increase to this budgeted amount for fuel is coming from revenue booked over and above projected revenue for 07-08 from the vehicle usage fee line item. This will cover the shortage of funding for gasoline through the end of FY '08.
