Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Constable Pct. #4

Background

The increase to this budgeted amount for fuel is coming from revenue booked over and above projected revenue in 07-08 from the vehicle usage line item. This will cover the shortage in the fuel line item.
