Consider authorizing the City of Georgetown to receive the approved CDBG allocation of $179,595 prior to October 1, 2008.

Background

The City of Georgetown has requested that the FY08 allocation approved for the Leander Street project be made available prior to October 1, 2008. The request can be accomplished by utilizing a portion of the $332,600 that has been relinquished from previous years. This funding is available for the County and thus projects to use. This request does not alter the FY08 approved allocations.
