Discuss and take appropriate action on a Multiple Use Agreement by and between Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) and Williamson County to provide for the construction, maintenance and operation of a public Shared Use Path (i.e. Brushy Creek Regional Trail) by Williamson County on and within the highway right of way owned and/or controlled by the CTRMA and being part of CTRMA’s 183A highway facility.

Background

This is the final agreement related to easement, access or multiple use related to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail. This section of the trail passes beneath US 183A.

Review by county attorney has been completed.
