Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on execution of Services Contract for installation of Metal Building at the Central Maintenance Facility with Owen Construction.

Background

This contract in the amount of $11,695 is for labor and material to install a 22 foot by 40 foot metal shed at the Central Maintenance Facility Sign Shop at 3151 S.E. Inner Loop. This will be a metal building with two 3 foot walk doors and two 10 foot roll up doors.
