Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Debt Service Fund:

Background

To recognize the associated expenditures for the debt service defeasance approved on March 24, 2015. Defeasance as approved on March 24, 2015 is funded the General Fund cash ending in the amount of $537,243.00 and the Debt Service Fund cash ending in the amount of $1,462,164.97.
