Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the All County Courts.
Background

The line item for court appointed attorneys for "Other/Mental Health" has been depleted.  Original budget was $18K and we have since moved another $18K into it.  Estimates are $53K total for the year.  This transfer will presumably cover the projected expenditures.  The transfer is coming from Ct Appointed Attorneys - "Family Cases".  It is difficult to estimate the caseload in each line especially since, only last year, this line was broken down into three types of cases.
