Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Joint Use Agreement between Texas Gas Services and Williamson County for utility relocation on Pearson Ranch Road, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 1.
Background
Texas Gas Services has existing facilities inside the Pearson Ranch Road ROW which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The Joint Use Agreement allows Texas Gas to relocate their facilities in the ROW. This relocation is not reimbursable.
