Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a Services Contract and Quote to Hotsy Cleaning Systems (aka, Hotsy Carlson) as the service provider for the purchase and installation of carwash equipment for Fleet Services as per BuyBoard contract #418-13.

Background

Service Provider will be compensated based on a fixed sum and shall be capped and be paid at $14,334.16. The Service Contract is signed by the provider and attached. The quote is attached.
