Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action approving the exiting lessee’s, R. Scott Burn (Reliable Bail Bonds), sublease of the leased premises located at 310 W. 7th Street, Suite 101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 to Richard R. Davis, as sublessee.

Background

Under the Sublease Agreement between R. Scott Burn (Reliable Bail Bonds), as sublessor, and Richard R. Davis, as sublessee, R. Scott Burn will remain liable to the county and he must ensure that all terms and conditions of the Office Lease Agreement are performed and complied with during the sublease.
