Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Jail.
Background
Due to a fleet in the Jail we have a received a bill from TAC for the deductible. The Jail has stated they do not have the money as all extra funding will be moved to inmate medical/pharmaceutical expenditure lines which are running low.
