Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving a Supplemental Agreement for additional construction services from Sunbelt Building Services for the Williamson County Courthouse (Remove and replace the concrete at the Porticos).
Background
Due to the discovery of significant deterioration of the reinforcing steel at the concrete portico balcony slabs and after an in depth investigation and repair document preparation completed by WJE, the contracted Engineer, the cost of repairs to remove and replace the concrete slabs at all four portico balcony slabs has been submitted by Sunbelt, the contracted repointing contractor. The Supplemental Agreement would approve funding for Sunbelt to do the necessary repairs according to the repair documents prepared by WJE.
