Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Drainage Easement between Williamson County and Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District ("MUD") whereby Williamson County is granting the MUD an easement going over and across 0.138 acres of land in the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park for the purpose of the inundation and conveyance of storm waters and flood waters for health and safety purposes.

Background

Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District will coordinate construction of Drainage Facilities with all parties, and will use reasonable efforts to design and maintain the Drainage Facilities to mitigate erosion within the (60 ‘ X 100’ X 60’) Easement Tract. Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility will also be responsible for repairing any erosion damage to the Easement Tract caused by the Drainage Facilities for two years after completion of construction of the initial Drainage Facilities. In consideration of the Easement Tract, Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility has submitted payment in the amount of $3,450 which is acceptable to Williamson County.
