Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding proposals received for RFP#15RFP114, Reservation System for Williamson County Parks & Recreation to the best proposer meeting specifications, Maximum Solutions, Incorporated.

Background

After analysis of the submittals and demonstration provided by the three highest scoring proposers, it is the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee to award this contract to Maximum Solutions Inc., to be our service provider for the Reservation System to be used for Parks and Recreation. Please see attached documentation for evaluation details.
