Discuss and take appropriate action on approving the execution of a Deed without Warranty from Williamson County, Texas to Stacie L. Sephus AKA Stacie Sephus pertaining to Lot 6, Block 59, City of Taylor, Williamson County, Texas pursuant to Section 34.21 of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Background

Per Craig Morgan, this property was up for sale and no one bid on it. and it was transferred to Williamson County as Trustee. The former owner, Stacie L. Sephus, is redeeming it under Texas Tax Code Section 34.21. Ms. Sephus paid all the appropriate money and now Williamson County will be deeding it back to her and not to a new owner.
