Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a Services Contract and Statement of Work for Kronos Inc. as the service provider for Workforce Telestaff implementation for Williamson County Emergency Communications and Mobile Outreach Departments per U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance contract # 14-JLR-003.

Background

The SOW compensates the provider based on a fixed sum under this agreement for $51,782.44 for new software and services unless amended by a change order and approved by the Williamson County Commisioners Court. The SOW dated and signed by the provider on May 6, 2015. The Service Contract signed by the Service Provider is attached. Quotes 493220-1 and 489082-3 are signed by the provider and are attached. U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance contract 14-JLR-003 (Workforce Management System) including Addendum 1 is attached.
