Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on line item transfer for Purchasing.
Background

Due to the certification requirements for the new Purchasing Agent there will be a shortage in the training line item. This shortage will be covered by transferring funds from the membership line item. These funds were originally intended for the former Purchasing Agent's CPA certifications and are no longer needed for this purpose.
