Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Courthouse Repointing Project P402 and approve Change Orders (nos. 6-7) in the total amount of $9,873.40 for additional repair items beyond the original scope.

Background

On February 17, 2015, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Williamson County Facilities Project Manager Dale Butler with general authority with general authority to approve change orders for the Agreement for Construction Services with Sunbelt Building Services, LLC in relation to the Williamson County Courthouse Repointing Project for any increase in costs up to a total maximum amount of $15,000.00 in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code – Changes in Plans and Specifications. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
