Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of an award for 15RFP120 Bank Depository Services and Sub-Depository Services to the highest scoring proposer, Wells Fargo Bank.

Background

Three banks submitted proposals. After initial evaluation, two finalists continued to the next phase of evaluation to include their presentation and an interview by the Evaluation Committee. Recommendation was made from the Evaluation Committee and the County Treasurer that the award for the RFP be given to Wells Fargo Bank.
