Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for County Court at Law #2.
Background
We will need to transfer monies monthly to pay for a visiting judge in CCL#2 until one can be appointed or elected. This estimate is based on 8 days set for hearings, 5 days set for jury trials and 4 days for family and misc. hearings.
