Consider approving a line item transfer for Mobile Outreach Team.
Background

Currently, some MOT vehicle windows are not tinted. Mental Health code requires that LE vehicles be tinted to protect the privacy of the consumer. MOT, like LE have vehicle cages and should be in alignment with them since we both transport consumers.
