Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a Services Contract and Statement of Work for SHI International Corporation as the service provider for operational services pursuant to the HIPAA Compliance Annual Review as per DIR contract# DIR-SDD-2188.

Background

The SOW compensates the provider based on a fixed sum for the specific project and shall be capped and paid at $26,042.00 for the specific project. The SOW dated March 11, 2015 is signed by the provider and attached. The Service Contract signed by the Service Provider is attached. The SHI Master Service Agreement as referenced in the Service Agreement is attached.
