Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Clerk:

Background

Discuss and approve a line item transfer for newer scanner/plotter for the remaining of the fiscal year.
Changing the scanner/plotter and getting the Purchase Order on the current one canceled, left us with a shortfall of $221. The original purchase order was for Nov-Sept instead of Oct-Sept. We changed when Donna Baker left from auto-pay to month to month and there is where the difference began.
